If you're traveling, and you want to continue to track your macros and stay the course, you need two things: preparation and commitment. Often times, you can prepare some food ahead of time to bring with you. But, if you're going to be on the road for more than a day, you'll inevitably be eating out. This is when your commitment will be tested.
I shot this little video in the Chicago airport, as I waited to board my plane to Orlando. We had a little fun outside of Eli's Cheesecake Something-Or-Other (aptly named) and on the hunt for a Quest bar - that we located in the most unusual of all places!
