Heading into week 6 of my preparation for the NANBF Pro-Qualifier on 8/19 and the ANBF Pro-Qualifier on 8/26. The honeymoon phase of the prep is over, and now it's time to grind. Last week was a success, as I cut a little more weight, while not having to adjust my macros at all. This week, I'm not looking to make any adjustments to my numbers (at least not to start the week), and I'm adding in a few low intensity, steady state cardio sessions.
