Only a couple weeks of cutting left, then I'll embark upon a year long journey of increasing calories and gaining muscle! I've been competing for over 15 years, and I've honestly never tried to gain muscle for more than a few months. I've also never really taken the off-season that seriously. Instead, I would just go smash some weights and smash some good and just see what happens.
Not this time.
To achieve my ultimate goals of turning pro and winning a pro show, I need as much muscle as I can muster.
