Who has the lowest prices on groceries: Walmart or Mariano's? Walmart brands itself as always having the lowest prices? Is this true when it comes to food? I set out on a mission to answer that very question.
I took a typical basket of essential food items for someone who brands themselves as a fitness enthusiast, a bodybuilder of sorts, and I did a head-to-head comparison of Walmart versus Mariano's. So obviously, we looked at things like Egg Whites, Chicken, Almond Milk, and Coconut Yogurt.
Walmart's prices were pretty low, but were they ALWAYS the lowest...???
