
There are 17,500 calories in 5 pounds and 21,000 in 6 pounds. So, over the course of the next 21 days, I'm going to manipulate my nutrition and cardio such that my total deficit will fall somewhere in this range, when all is said and done. I've never been this meticulous with caloric expenditures, so I'm very curious to see how it all shakes out.
