In this second edition of Meals with Macros, we went for the jugular in cooking up a "non-bodybuilding" food - pasta! Old-school bodybuilding (chicken, broccoli, tilapia, and rice) wouldn't ever dream of eating pasta, while training for a show. So, we blow that thinking out of water and make ourselves a delicious pasta dish. As always, all the ingredients and macros are at the very end.
