Another competition training season is here, and I've got myself a pair of bodybuilding shows coming up in August - both pro-qualifiers. I'm going to do a weekly video log that outlines the entire process...including my successes and failures along the way. As I talk about in the video, I have never been anywhere close to this lean to start a prep (188), so I couldn't be more excited.
In this first video, I lay out the approach for my entire strategy with one primary objective - MAXIMUM FAT LOSS. Obviously, I want to minimize muscle loss, too, but maximizing fat loss is number one.
